What: A mental health support group for new mothers and mothers of young children to connect, receive support, and share honest experiences of all things motherhood: the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the hard.
When: The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 8 p.m.

Can I join virtually?
Right now this group is designed to be an in-person group. The goal of the group is to be able to take time away from your children to be able to be fully present with one another. That being said, if you are interested in a virtual option, please let me know as this may be an option in the future if there is a strong interest.
Why so late?
As new moms, time with your babies and children can feel precious and limited. This time is meant to be an opportunity to focus on you as mom after the main childcare activities are done for the evening and your little ones are going down for bed.
Can children attend/Is childcare included?
No, this group is meant solely for the mothers.
Is this a parenting skills group?
No, this group is not about parenting skills or advice. The purpose of this group is to provide emotional and mental support for mothers.
Do I need to register?
Yes, in order to keep the group a safe and welcoming space for all, you must register to join.
